You will design and build the automations and agent systems that go into client operations, working directly with the people whose work changes. Expect a mix of process mapping, integration work across CRMs and scheduling platforms, and hands-on building with current AI tooling. Comfort with ambiguity matters more than any specific framework.
You will build the web platforms and internal tools that sit around our automation work, from client-facing sites to the dashboards and integrations behind them. Strong fundamentals, an eye for how a thing feels to use, and a willingness to own a project from scoping through launch.
You will keep engagements moving: scheduling discovery conversations, tracking scope and timelines, and making sure nothing waits on an unanswered question. This role talks to clients daily and sits close to every project we run.
